System of management indica tors of the performance evaluation section
Abstract
The research was descriptive in order to analyze the system of management indicators of the performance evaluation section of the secretary of health of the Falcon State. The results indicate that in spite of complying with the activities contemplated in the process of evaluating the performance of the staff within the corresponding periods, the lack of individual staff planning, could affect the collective interest of the section in case of presentation some eventuality not foreseen, that delays the development of the work, as it is the case of the attention to the public and the consultancies.
