Administrative processes a retrospective examination in the performance of teaching
Abstract
The efficient application of the administrative process and its impact on teacher performance is of the utmost importance because education currently has a proactive approach taking into account that educational institutions have the need to have an adequate administration and know the efficiency of internal processes and of all the activities that teachers develop for institutional strengthening. The Administrative Audit plays a very important role in the environment of a company or an educational institution whose objective is to know the level of performance, the irregularities that may occur in each area that has the same, nowadays in our country it has become in a fundamental tool since it allows to establish the degree of fulfillment of the proposed objectives.
In order to achieve results in relation to the subject, the general objective was considered: “To determine the efficient application of the administrative process and its impact on the performance of teachers. For its content development the inductive and deductive method was used, for the field research an interview and questionnaire was conducted to the target population.
