Human talent management from the perspective of staff training and job performance
Abstract
The objective of the research was to analyze the management of human talent from the perspective of staff training and work performance in the RTML cooperative, having as a population sample 35 people working in the cooperative under study. It is evident that the majority surveyed, states that there are no instruments in the cooperative that can measure the work performance of human talent; Likewise, there are no regulations that indicate the productivity criteria demanded by the cooperative, nor do they provide training in order to improve the work you do in the cooperative. By not having specific training for the job, there is a risk that the organization assumes that the person has sufficient and updated knowledge to effectively assume their work; When it might not be like that.
