Abstract

Management management in educational organizations is an element of ongoing training that aims to promote a harmonious and comprehensive development to achieve success, with the participation of all groups that share the work environment. The manager in the educational institutions must have special attention in order to guarantee, promote, and plan, those most efficient management principles to contribute to the fulfillment of the mission and vision in your organization. In this way, today's manager must improve the processes deployed in his organization in order to appropriate the fulfillment of the functions that society expects and demands through management management. The research starts from the paradigm, allowing to describe the facts as they are currently being presented allowing flexibility in the application, the ethnographic method proposed in this project is the ethnographic adjusted to norms that guide it and the veracity of the work is verified allowing to discover the Interpret the management processes that take place at the “Francisco Bello Pineda” National Lyceum, knowing the lifestyles of the group of people that make up the groups in their social reality, the communicative action plays a very important role in reaching the understanding and understanding regarding the different styles and conceptions of conceiving the management and the impact on the different aspects of the operation of the institution. Various categories, themes and patterns related to organizational culture will be studied. The research will focus on understanding the meaning of management processes, points of view and motivations to achieve the objectives that seek to improve the integral development of institutional management as a primary element of the education system
