Recruitment and selection of business personnel
Abstract
The objective of the investigation was to analyze the recruitment and selection procedures for the staff of the Aliset company, located in the city of Manta - Ecuador. It was descriptive, with a population sample of 11 people to whom an Likert scaling instrument of five response alternatives was applied, among the main results it is that not generating an adequate process of recruitment and selection of staff, the company You can be hiring people without knowing your profile, which generates chance as a scenario to test people until you get the right one for a certain position, being relevant for the company to take the necessary corrective measures, as the selection of qualified personnel can influence the productivity and efficiency of the company.
