High performance team of the public company Aguas de Manta
Abstract
The objective of the research was to analyze the operation of the high performance team of the public company Aguas de Manta, with the purpose of knowing its contribution to the consolidation of the organization's management philosophy, being descriptive, by applying a instrument with Likert scaling of three response alternatives, which was applied to a population of 47 employees of the public company Aguas de Manta, among the main results it is not generated an effective communication at all favorable and effective, coupled with On average 74%, workers do not have the fullness of the vocation as a motivating force to generate contributions that contribute to the establishment and consolidation of a high performance team, because it is necessary to be committed to themselves and the organization to generate an effective work .
