Transformational leadership for the social transformation of Ecuador
Abstract
The objective of the research was to analyze the transformational leadership as a means for the social transformation of Ecuador, being descriptive, having a population of 20 people who exercise managerial functions of the Front of Social organizations formed by 21 associations of the Coast, Sierra and Amazon of the Ecuador. 43% of respondents say that the participation of all members of the organization is not promoted. 38% state that cooperation among their members is not prioritized, while the remaining group expresses that there is cooperation between its members. Promote motivation in the rest of the members of the organization with the purpose of generating significant changes based on a strategic planning built from collective contributions for the benefit of working together to achieve favorable actions for good living.
