Empowerment as a management strategy to improve work effectiveness
Abstract
The objective of the research was to analyze the Empowerment as a management strategy to improve the labor effectiveness of the human talent of the provincial government of Manabí. Methodologically it was based on a descriptive type, we worked with the human talent of the human resources management of the provincial government of Manabí, in this case the totality was 9 people working in said unit. The Empowerment as a management strategy, seeks to meet the organizational objectives to the extent that human capital works from its role in achieving them, this implies that a systematic process must be developed where a systemic vision of the operability of the organization, where each of the members is an important piece for the achievement of the proposed approaches for the effectiveness of the organization.
