Strategic plan for the construction company in civil works
Abstract
The research is descriptive in order to analyze the internal devices of the company Orgar Corporation C.A, to indicate the performance, positions and adaptability of the organization, where strategic planning is taken into account. It has to be 13 items, 7 are in the prepared category, 4 in the endangered category, 2 in the defenseless category, which allows to conclude that the company is in regular conditions of internal operation, being necessary to increase organizational management , through a strategic plan that allows the company to be strategically directed towards successful consolidation, otherwise it runs the risk of increasing its vulnerability to resource losses, preventing it from providing a better service to the organization's internal - external customer, which would go into detriment of it.
