Kaizen management philosophy aimed at human talent with administrative management responsibilities
Abstract
The research was to determine the effectiveness of a program in Kaizen management philosophy aimed at human talent with administrative management responsibilities of UNEFM. An evaluative investigation with a quasi-experimental design was applied, the treatment applied to the experimental group had positive effects because there was a statistical difference between the initial moment (without treatment) and the final moment (once the treatment was applied). So it can be noted that the population went from a neutral state to a positive state around the research variable. The Kaizen philosophy can be applied in organizations where it is intended to achieve success by implementing a management philosophy that is relevant with the vision of total quality, this implies that human talent is gradually formed to understand the approach to continuous learning, which will allow consolidating efficiency as a work vision.
